I have been a client of Vicente & Otaolaurruchi for a number of years, as they assisted me in the purchase and eventual sale of property in Spain, I found the company and in particular my dealings with Luis to be conducted in the most professional manner at all times, I was delighted with the service offered, and I would highly recommend the company, particularly as I was not a resident of Spain nor conversant in the Spanish language. We have been clients of Luis Vicente of Vicente & Otaolaurruchi Abogados for 18 years. He has provided us with efficient, timely and professional services in the purchase of our first town house, then another villa and purchase and resale of yet another townhouse. Excellent service !! Both myself and my extended family have been buying and selling property in the Marbella area since 2000, and must say that we find the service seamless, and there is no language barrier. Also Mr Vicente’s team go the extra mile with ensuring that utilities are managed at sale and purchase, as with most transactions “the devil is in the detail”…. Additionally, when strange letters and forms arrive in the post – I scan and email them through and one of the team comes back within 24 hours with an explanation and a quote if I want them to solve the issue. We wouldn’t use anybody else.

Our family has employed the services of Luis Vicente since 1998. We have made several purchases and several sales without 1 single issue. Luis and his team kept me fully informed, always dealt with my numerous questions and queries and made me fell 100 % safe that my interests were being looked after. Luis Vicente of Vicente & Otaolaurruchi has been my solicitor since the year 2000 when we were thankfully recommended to him by the sales agent dealing with our first property purchase in the Marbella area. Luis made everything simple and easy to understand and follow and in fact took away all the pain one would experience when making transactions in a foreign country and through a system that is very different to that which you would be used too. We love Spain and decided in 1998 to purchase on the Costa del Sol. Very importantly we wanted to ensure that the property we liked had correct planning and that we would receive full freehold title. Friendly and efficient… When contemplating buying property in Spain, the main concern is to be given good clear legal advice. No one wants to get it wrong with large financial investments and we have all heard the horror stories! Luis and his entire team have always been great, since I first met him in the late nineties. It is the complete, efficient but friendly service, starting with advice on purchasing but continuing on afterwards helping out with community and utility bills and translation of odd documents that turn up in the post!
